Assignment 2 (25%)
PDA Assessment: Each student will be responsible for completing a detailed PDA and submitting
a full report for grading. The report must be based on an actual job, authorized
by the instructor. Each student must evaluate a unique job and is responsible
for making all necessary arrangements with the employer.
Hand in your completed version
of the pdaform.doc - available from the PDA class handouts page. The more information you include, the better -
such as: photos, diagrams, detailed explanations of tasks/task elements.
Due November 8.

Assignment 1 (20%)
Article Critique: Each student will be responsible for choosing
and writing a critique of a current (21st century) scientific article dealing with accident investigation. The critique should consist of an informed and referenced opinion that either supports
or refutes the key statements in the chosen journal article. An example of journal
critiques can be found on the Tips and Hints page. Due
October 4. Hard Copy of original article must accompany your submission.

Assignment 3 (25%)
Cardiac Rehab Assessment: Students will work in pairs to submit this report. Each pair of students will be given a case study for a cardiac rehab participant. A report detailing the risk stratification and case management for this individual, including goal setting
and intervention planning will be submitted. Due November 22.
